Sir Hunter Charles the Proud (Hunter)

Hunter is a very compassionate hunting companion. In this young dogs life he found himself at a Vet's office after being struck by an automobile. The incident was not fatal, but did result in the loss of a leg. Since then Hunter has done nothing but live up to his name. He is very staunch on point and is an exceptional tracker, while remaining steady to wing and shot. He truly is the total package (brains, willingness to please, and a meticulous hunter). This year we are committed to getting Hunter's Master Hunter title in the AKC.

Buckeye's Own F5 Whirlwind (Oscar)

Oscar is the youngest member of Buckeye Shorthair Kennels, but don't let his age fool you. He shows a tremendous amount of promise at a young age. Oscar's best feature so far is his nose. This dog could smell a bird from a country mile. Oscar has shown all the great attributes of an outstanding bird dog. He will remain on point for days and will honor like a champ at the age of seven months. Like our other dogs Oscar comes from outstanding bloodlines, featuring the famous Twister bred by Sureshot Kennels.
