Maddi was enjoyable to train, and the way she handles herself in the field is breathtaking. Maddi is staunch on point, trained to be steady to wing and shot, and retrieves like it is no ones business. Maddi never tires, even after you are ready to be on the couch, she will range for days. Maddi is every bird hunter's dream dog. She is from the outstanding bloodlines of Rawhide's Clown and Gamble's Odyssey Fritz. Fritz is a reigning NSTRA Champion and is still winning on the circuit.

SagBays Zoey Surefire AngelGAM (Zoey)

Zoey has impressed all of us here at Buckeye Shorthair Kennels by excelling at a very young age. She pointed and retrieved her first bird at an astounding three months of age. She is a smart dog with an exceptional nose, and shows determination in both training and hunting afield. She is strong in tracking as well as in the water. Zoey has excellent stamina and endurance. We have many high expectations for Zoey, and so far she has refused to let us down. Zoey has the famous Dixieland Rusty, and Shooting Star Bloodlines.
